Domain names and Auth Code

Domain names registered and managed through our services are a digital asset owned by the customer and are subject to the rules of the relevant authority and the registrar in use. Each domain is associated with an authorization code (Auth Code or EPP Code), which is required to transfer the domain to another provider.

The Auth Code is released only to the legitimate domain holder or their authorized representative, after identity and ownership checks. This code must not be shared with unauthorized third parties, as it allows the technical transfer of the domain name.

At the customer’s request, we provide the Auth Code and the operational information needed to start the transfer of the domain to another registrar, in accordance with the procedures defined by the relevant authority (for example, Registro .it or ICANN for international TLDs).

If the domain continues to be managed within our infrastructure, we ensure technical maintenance, periodic renewal and administrative support related to the registrant’s registration and contact data.
