This notice describes the processing of personal data of users who visit the website rausch-italia.it.
It does not apply to external websites, pages or online services that may be reached through links on this site.

  • obtain aggregated statistics on website usage.

Browsing data are retained for no longer than seven days, unless required for judicial investigations.

4.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user

Sending messages to the contact addresses or submitting forms on the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact details and any personal data included in the communication.

5. Cookies and tracking systems

The website uses session cookies only, which are non-persistent and strictly necessary for secure and efficient navigation.
The website does not use:

  • profiling cookies;
  • tracking systems;
  • third‑party cookies.

Session cookie information stored on servers is retained for no longer than seven days.

Personal data are processed by the Data Controller and by authorised collaborators acting under specific instructions.

For the occasional sending of informational communications, email addresses collected through the website may be manually imported into the external platform MailChimp, used solely as a sending tool.
There is no automated integration or continuous data transfer.

No additional recipients or systematic transfers to third parties are envisaged.

7. Data subject rights

Data subjects may request:

  • access to their personal data;
  • rectification or erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection to processing.
