Our professional services – including technical support, assistance, consulting, development and the transfer of domain names or web projects – are provided only after a direct evaluation of the client’s request.

Domain Names and Web Projects

The client obtains full ownership and control of the purchased domain name once the authentication code (Authcode) is received. For security and commercial protection, the Authcode is provided only after payment has been completed.

The same principle applies to the transfer of complete web projects, in which full access to the server interface and agreed technical components is provided.

Price Proposals and Custom Agreements

Special economic conditions, technical customizations or alternative operational arrangements may be agreed upon. Such agreements are defined exclusively through direct communication via email or PEC.

Prices, Invoices and Payments

All transactions are subject to regular commercial invoicing. The invoice is issued at the time of payment and recorded with that date.

VAT Exemption: All our services are exempt from VAT pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law No. 190/2014 and subsequent amendments.

Payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. Bank details are provided in our formal proposal sent via email or PEC.

Service Availability

The availability of professional services depends on workload, active projects and technical resources at the time of the request. Each request is evaluated individually before confirmation or refusal.

Requests involving obsolete systems, inconsistent configurations, unusable content or non-recoverable platforms may be declined at the sole discretion of Rausch Italia.
